Frazier is the Administrative and Regional Meetings Coordinator for the Council On State Taxation (COST). She coordinates the execution of all COST Regional State Tax Seminars and serves as the Administrative Coordinator for the COST staff and President. Including COST, Tiffany has executively assisted over 20 senior directors, two leadership teams, and four CEO’s. Tiffany also has over six years of combined experience in event management, digital marketing, and contract management. Most notably, prior to joining COST, Tiffany managed events for two different Y branches concurrently where she managed the planning and execution of almost 200 events yearly. At The Y, she launched an Events Volunteer Program and spearheaded the re-creation of The Y Events Department with new branding, marketing and expansion efforts. Tiffany keeps an active hand in various community efforts including healthcare education with Center for Vein Restoration as a Community Outreach Assistant and solving hunger in the Washington metropolitan area with Capital Area Food Bank as a volunteer. Tiffany is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, DC where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and served as the only undergraduate research partner for the Howard University Hospital Pediatrics Department.
