Program:
Registration for COST’s Canadian Tax Workshop for US Companies can be done online at any time, or, in-person, from 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 27th through 12 noon on Friday, September 29th.
The COST Canadian Tax Workshop for US Companies covers the key tax issues U.S. companies who are doing business with Canadians or in Canada need to know. The primary focus of the Workshop will be on GST, HST and Income Tax but will also cover QST, Payroll and Property Taxes. Attendees will also participate in an interactive audit session covering Canadian tax issues that they’ve been dealing with. Only employees of COST member and non-COST member companies are invited to attend.

Cancellation Fees:

Continuing Education:
COST will assist you in applying for Continuing Education credit for the COST 2023 Canadian Taxes for U.S. Companies Workshop. COST is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
Weather:
September’s average high in Dearborn is in the low 80’s and the average low is in the low 60’s. Dress for the conference is business casual. We encourage you to bring a sweater or jacket to the meeting as the meeting rooms tend to be on the cooler side.
