GENERAL INFORMATION

The Virtual Presentation of Select Sessions of the Basics School will be held via the Zoom platform.  The presentation will be offered as follows:

November 1 – 2:30 – 3:45 pm ET
Jurisdiction to Tax (SALES TAX SCHOOL)

Curriculum: Review of the various restrictions on a state’s ability to impose taxes such as constitutional restrictions, federal legislation and judicial pronouncements.

Registration for the Jurisdiction to Tax session (November 1^st from 2:30 – 3:45 p.m. ET) of COST’s 2023 SALT Basics School Virtual Presentations - can be done online at any time prior to 2:30 pm, November 1st.

Continuing Education:

COST will assist you in applying for Continuing Education credit for the COST Forum on US SALT for European Companies. COST is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
