The focus of House Republican’s policymaking will be on legislation involving financial services, energy, telecom, tech, and trade.

About Francis Brooke

As Policy Director for the incoming House Majority Leader, Steve Scalise (R-La.), Francis Brooke will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the House Republicans’ policy agenda. Previously, he was the Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of the White House National Economic Council under Larry Kudlow. Prior to serving as Deputy Director, Francis was the Special Assistant to the President for Economic Policy managing energy, environment, transportation, and infrastructure policy. He previously worked as a policy advisor for Vice President Mike Pence, Senate Leader Mitch McConnell, and Representative Andy Barr.
