Diana Allen is the Part-time Administrative Coordinator. Diana joins COST with 20 years association management experience, most recently, working as the Director of Technology Services for an international DC-based non-profit.  She also has administrative experience at the World Trade Organization, the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees, and the International Telecommunication Union, all in Geneva, Switzerland.  She has an MBA from Warwick Business School in London, UK and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
